TYPICAL SOUND ISSUES

Commonly, on film sets and various productions, sound-related challenges frequently arise, making it difficult to control elements such as wind, vehicular noise, helicopters, ambient chatter, sirens, and more. These issues often necessitate corrective measures during post-production, where efforts are made to either remove or significantly reduce their impact

DAMAGED VOICES

It can happens that voices are compromised on set, whether due to improper adjustments on the mixer leading to voice saturation, incorrect volume settings, or various other factors. It’s crucial to have the ability to salvage damaged voices using tools like EQ and others, ensuring the maintenance of a professional audio quality.

UNWANTED SOUND ELEMENTS

Frequently, we encounter uncontrolled events on set, especially outdoors, such as sirens, helicopters, people passing or talking, cars, wind, etc. While it can pose a challenge, it’s crucial to address and eliminate these unwanted sounds to achieve a cleaner audio quality.

LAVALIER SCRATCHES

Commonly, on film sets, we encounter challenges such as unwanted scratches caused by clothing and actors’ movements. Repairing these scratches entirely can be quite difficult; however, we have developed effective methods to significantly reduce them, ensuring a descent sound quality that aligns with professional standards, all within a reasonable budget when possible.
